It's a rare experience these days to find a Contractor who's professional, experienced and reliable. Ours was only a small tree-pruning job but Beacon Farm Forestry turned up (when they said they would) to do a quote; swiftly provided that in writing; then turned up (when they said they would) to do a very neat and professional job; then charged us (exactly what the quote said they would) - and we're very happy with the work and the team. I found the contact details of the 'Beacon Farm Forestry' in the Pioneer Magazine. I needed a qualified professional Tree Surgeon who can remove the severely damaged trees safely with due consideration to my helpful neighbours garden and the surrounding area. My initial contact with George Smith was promising. I found him respectful, knowledgeable and punctual. He arrived with his team on the agreed date/time and carried out the work as discussed with the optimum care, speed and cleanliness. I am very pleased with the final result and highly recommend George Smith of The Beacon Farm Forestry for All Aspects of Tree and Hedge Work.

Fantastic service from George at Beacon Farm Forestry. Four of his team came to do some cutting back and tree pruning for us, they were the most polite, professional craftsmen you could ever have to do garden work on your property. After they had completed the work the garden was left so clean, tidier than before they started!

So glad that I found this Company. They're the most competent and professional tree surgeons I've come across. I first used them a year ago to remove a firethorn hedge, a tree, and a large shrub, plus lots of pruning. This time it was just a case of pruning all the shrubs in the front and back gardens. Gavin, Stephen and Zac did a brilliant job, discussing everything with me before they began work and frequently checking that I was happy with what they were doing. They even hand-pruned the acers! I've never had a tree surgeon offer to do that before. They were very polite, and tidied everything away afterwards. All for a very reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
