Used ACMS Mercedes for my A class first service today. Could not fault this company, from booking the car in to collecting it all shiny and valeted the whole process was very easy. Very friendly staff who are happy to help. A lot cheaper than Mercedes main dealer service but absolutely no compromise on the service received. Digital service record updated and a copy of the paperwork provided. High recommended and will definitely used again. Thanks.

Having been introduced to ACMS , I have had a lot of work done and introduced several friends. We are all most impressed with the high quality of knowledge and service given - along with a feeling of safety that work is done to the highest standards but without compromising standards. Fast efficient competitive. Not cheap but we don't want cheap - we want good quality honest professional service . ACMS is one of the main reasons I continue to drive a Mercedes. It is so reassuring to know that you will get excellent service at a very reasonable price, no matter what the problem is. There is also a very welcoming family feel to this business, which is so rare today. If you own a Mercedes and don't get it serviced or repaired by ACMS then you're missing out...

I was recommended by a friend when I bought a mercedes. Mark Rachel and the team are highly experienced and know what they are talking about. They will tell you how it is. No flannel. They will sign post you if they can't help. When I broke down in a remote area, ACMS was the first people I rang. I knew they'd help me. Mark talked me through what I needed to do to get me going. They even asked me to ring them when I got home. The customer service is amazing. They are reliable, honest,kind, trustworthy and best of all very competitive with cost. I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Thank you to the everyone at ACMS for looking after me.
