Really pleased with the service I have received from Mark and the team at ACMS Mercedes Ltd over the last couple of months since I inherited an 15 year old C230 Kompressor with incredibly low mileage . After catching sight of some recommendations on a Mercedes Benz enthusiast forum, I decided to give him call. Before booking my car in, I was invited down to have a look round facility and was very impressed. Mark and his team clearly have a wealth of experience with Mercedes Benz vehicles and he charges a fair price and does a great job with impeccable attention to detail. One of the jobs I needed doing required some very expensive parts (Xenon Controllers) which Mark suggested I purchase directly and have sent to him to avoid paying the VAT twice. I would definitely recommend ACMS to anyone looking for an alternative option to Main Dealer Service departments.

I looked all over the internet and often the closest place isn't the best but wow mark and the team at ACMS made me re-think that idea. I have come across the mercedes specialist that cares the one that goes that extra mile the one that tells you how it is without blinding you with science. in a nutshell if you go anywhere else with your mercedes you must be crazy or related to the garage owner. i will be back and would not hesitate to recommend marc and the team to friends (indeed i have sent two guys his way since i became a now loyal customer). in short "FORGETTE THE REST VISIT THE BEST, ACMS MERCEDES"

Firstly, I very rarely write reviews but felt compelled to do so on this occasion. I happened to find ACMS through this site but was naturally hesitant in using 'another independent Merc specialist'. It's only because that I've tried various so-called 'specialists' (including Mercedes dealers) over the years but always ended up with either being dissatisfied with the work carried out or feeling that I was being 'ripped-off (or both)! I will now, almost certainly, not be looking elsewhere because, quite simply put, Marc is amongst the best in this field.There are 3 apt words which describes Marc (& his family-run business): TRUSTWORTHY, FRIENDLY & KNOWLEDGEABLE. He will take time to explain the faults encountered, the urgency of replacing parts &, if he can't help you in certain areas e.g tracking, tyre replacements etc, he will then accordingly direct you to a reliable, trusted & cost effective retailer -he gives a genuine impression that he cares for your car. I am so glad that I have found the 'holy grail' in Merc Mechanics :-). Summary: Don't bother with trying to shop around to save a few bob here & there with timewasters when you've got amongst the best in the business on your doorstep. I look forward to taking my Merc (AND my wife's Merc) to Marc in future with the utmost confidence.
