My 1st visit to this garage,came from a dealership to ACMS...I have one question..why didn’t I find this place 1st...I met a wonderful receptionist Rachel...and a mechanic Adrian...looked after me above and beyond what I needed...as long as this place is open and I have my Mercedes..they have me as a customer...if you or anybody has a Mercedes I strongly recommend this superb garage....
I was really please with the recent service carried out on my vehicle, my car was picked up the night before and returned the next day cleaned and washed they kept me informed of the progress and were very courteous. I would recommend their services . Also you do not pay extreme prices to get this brilliant service.
1st visit at ACMS,I took my c63 AMG for a (A) service and a gearbox service I highly recommend these guys very proffessional and great customer service.My car came back completely different and driving a lot better very competitive prices to.Great over the phone service as I bought my car with no service records and the receptionist confirmed and assured me it had a service record when I picked my car up they gave me a lot of paper work along with all the previous service history along with advisory for the car.
First class service. ACMS put the customer at the centre of everything that they do. "The customer comes First". I have two, what I would consider, classic Mercedees and feel they are in excellent hands when it comes to servicing etc by ACMS Mercedes Ltd.

Was looking for an Independent Mercedes specialist and found ACMS on line. I was impressed by the number of 5 star reviews. ACMS lived up to its positive reputation. They were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and I was pleased with the service to my car and the standard of customer service.
Spoke to Mark about a door stuck and he helped me so much over the phone. At this point i'm a stickler for knowledge and his knowledge of Mercedes is outstanding which prompted me to book in my car with ACMS. All i can say is that i have had my car back and it's a perfect job that he has carried out and hasn't failed on what he said he would deliver. Brilliant work and the customer service is better than Mercedes itself! Proof is in the pudding and book your Mercedes with Mark, you won't be disappointed. On a final note and a serious one, he is an outstanding and experienced individual and will be taking my S Class to him for all problems in the future.
I recently had our Mercedes SLK repaired by ACMS Mercedes Ltd in Frederick Street, it was a electrical repair and by no means an easy fix. I doubt whether a main dealer would have advised a repair more likely to scrap the car. ACMS were outstanding in finding the problem and repairing it and considering the amount of time spent to repair the cost was more than reasonable. In summary I would highly recommended ACMS Mercedes Ltd for five star ervicing and repair.

A few weeks later I returned and Mark had looked through the car and got it repaired fixed back on the car with a prompt turnaround.
And for sure will be ensuring our merc will be coming back for all work!
Excellent service.Collected car,serviced,MOT’ed and returned the next day.
Can’t fault,definitely use again next year.A lot cheaper than the main dealer prices.
Nice easy going chap who picked up and returned motor(the boss I think)will recommend to anyone with a Mercedes .Brilliant.

Great merc professionals..i booked my wifes b class for front and rear discs and pads following an inspection by my solihull mercedes evaluation but did not want to pay the rip off prices from main dealers....chose acms due to their reviews and was not disappointed on their service, when i left the vehicle with them, i went to the local walsall town centre, they called me following their inspection and mentioned that the rear discs and pads had 60%left before need replacing and when due only need to change pads, they were saying just do the fronts as im throwing money away, true and honest garage owners. Im totally converted and will be using them for a lot more in future. I took my SLK to Mark and his team with severe electrical problems.
As you know,electrical problems are very difficult to trace but Mark never gave up on finding what the issue was.
We eventually found out that another Mercedes Main Dealer had cut corners, didn’t follow Mercedes instructions and ruined most of the wiring.
Luckily, Mark is a Miracle worker and I was back up and running. I even had options that I didn’t know the car had!
I will never use anyone else. Fantastic service and workmanship from the Team
excellent service and knowledge and very trust worthy. Went in with a none opening roof on my SLK200 and it was solved within a few hours and no huge repair bill. Gave me lots of advice and tips on car care and I will definitely use ethem again.
