They care, plain & simple! I have been taking my dogs and my cat there since about 4 months after they opened and would not even consider taking them anywhere else. When you walk through the door,you will be greeted by name with a smile. Brodie (7mths pup)is always treated gently & patiently, she loves going to see them! All the staff will happily explain whats happening clearly without being condesending and you never leave feeling like you've been conned into paying over the odds (with extra's added to the bill!!)like you do sometimes with other vets. All the nurses are trained to a high level & are confident in their work. Hamish is by far the best vet we have ever visited. He had to recommend we euthanise our dog & cat within 6 months (very old & ill) of each other.It was so hard for us, he definitely made it easier.Both of them were treated without fuss & with dignity.

Full marks to Hamish Duncan for the excellent service which he and his staff give at 387 Vets in Walsall. His enthusiasm, his caring nature and the fine attention which he gives to the animals in his charge shine through his work and he undoubtedly gives the Practice a very personal touch. If an emergency arises "after hours", Hamish is prepared to "drop everything" to tend to the patient, and his staff give excellent support. I have no hesitation whatsoever in nominating 387 vets as "Best Vets": It is a very fine Practice indeed, with an outstanding and knowledgeable vet at the head.

I always take my pets to this vets as they always treat them lovely, and just before Christmas my 3 year old cat hurt his foot while he was out. I was so worried about the cost of his treatment but Hamish was lovely and worked out the best and cheapest way to treat him. I will always use them and recommend them to all my friends.

Since 387 vets opened up Hamish found out that my black Labrador was allergic to glass. Hamish has look after and treated him. and when my dog comes out in the bad sours on his paws we can go into the vets and ask for the tablets my dog is on. Hamish and his team are all ways there if any thing is wrong with my dog. Hamish and his team at 387 vets are great.

We love 387 vets because they really care about the pets as much as we do! Hamish Duncan is a very good and knowledgable vet who can treat 1st time unlike other vets that seem to need a 2nd or 3rd attempt at diagnosis! Pet health and care is the no.1 priority to them, and this keeps our boy in top condition! Their practice is excellent and spotlessly clean and so gives you confidence that your pet is in good and caring hands! the best vets I have ever had the pleasure to visit and I believe deserves to be the No.1 in your poll to match the no.1 care and service they offer!

That's a simple question to answer - they are just brilliant. A friend recommended the practice to us after we had been to numerous vets.
They treat my pets the same way as I do, with care love and dignity and Hamish explains every part of your pets condition in great detail, I like they way we see the same vet every time so he gets to know me and my pet, the practice is spacious inside and has a great car park.

Hamish's love for animals is instantly evident! He quickly identifies what is causing the problem and get's it right first time, unlike the costly trial and error I have experienced with previous vets. I never hesitate to recommend 387 vets to anyone with a pet. The service is fantastic, I never have to wait for an appointment and most importantly you never feel rushed during consultations and Hamish always listens to what you have to say and explains everything clearly to you. Most definitely the Best Vet I have ever met and Henry loves him too!

My name is Aaron Jepson and i'm a 10 year old boy. I think Hamish should be vet of the year because; He does whats right for the dog, he gives us advice and supports Denby to be a nice healthy dog which he has achieved.
Recently our dog has been poorly and she had the recommended drugs from Hamish and they've worked and when he has told us they would do. I recommend Hamish to anyone local with a dog, cat or other household pet.
He has helped us in the past many times and I also recommend the other staff that work for 387 vet store because they always have what you need, they are understanding and nice.

My dog Bentley-Jack was unfortunate to catch fox mange. Hamish showed so much dedication in getting to the bottom of his illness as the symptons didn't present fully for some time. His team were there to back him up all the way. They are a great bunch of people and deserve to do well with their ever expanding practice.

Great vet, great Nurses, they make a great team. Hamish is open, honest and caring and does the best for your pet. From an owner who has just lost a beloved pet just over a week ago, I have no problem taking another of my pets back this week as I know everything that could possibly be done for my pet, was.

I love 387 vets, they provide a fantastic service and are always helpful and seem to take a real interest in the animals they look after, and also in their owners. There is a real community feel around the vets, often when you see the staff around the village they always have a smile and a friendly hello.
Last Autumn my puppy fell ill, and their prompt action saved his life, and for this I can never thank them enough. I have already recommended the practice to several friends and will continue to do so, they really are brilliant and everyone who uses them will agree.

I rushed my dog Lucy into the vets as an emergency,we were seen within ten minutes.Hamish diagnosed the problem and she was operated on the same day.They looked after Lucy,and now she is back to her normal self!!!!
