Absolutely amazing service!! 😊 I took my toy poodle for his first visit to this vets the other evening and I couldn’t fault them on anything! The service was wicked from start to finish. The guy on reception was absolutely lovely! Seemed really interested in my poodle and how he was doing! ☺️ We had a young guy vet (I didn’t catch his name!) who greeted my poodle lovely. I told him all about how he can be a bit temperamental at times but he handled him beautifully and my poodle even went to him for a fuss which is very unlike him! They were very thorough with their examination and my poodles ears are feeling so much better now. His allergies are also calming down too. I will deffinantly be using this vets again! If you want a lovely vets, who are very knowledgeable and loving towards your animals then this is the vets for you 😎 Thanks again guys!! 🐾

I happened on this Vet Practice as they were the only one in the district able to complete my rescue dog's vaccinations. From the moment I arrived to the moment i left the customer service was exceptional. Lulu has only been with me 10 days and is very unsure as everything is unfamiliar, so i appreciated the time Vet Sam spent getting to know her before her appointment and afterwards with me with useful advice and reassurance on settling a rescue dog. Thankyou so much 387.

Thank you Hamish and all at 387 Vets. Amazing team of friendly staff. Looked after our dog for 13 years and treated us all with compassion and kindness when it was time for George to be put to sleep. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

A heartfelt Thank you to Carlos and the student veterinary nurse ( I am sorry I can't remember your name ) for showing both my Beautiful Betty and myself such compassion and empathy after what had been a harrowing experience.
My brave Girl left this World on Saturday peacefully and with the birds singing, surrounded by love and reassurance from those who aided her departure. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, to the both of you for making those final moments more bearable,and tho nothing will ease the pain of her passing, the tenderness which you showed her will stay with me forever.

I will definitely be transferring the care of my other hairy companions to this practice, and would urge anybody considering this practice to do the same.

took my Dachshund Cleo in for surgery on 11th March 2021, as she was diagnosed with bladder stones. fantastic surgery, very compassionate with Cleo, even washed her coat & blanket as it got soiled. would not hesitate to take any of my furry babies here for any problems or surgery. infact, approximately 12 months ago Penny my other Dachshund had 11 teeth removed, again fantastic staff, really took care of Penny as she's a nervous little lady. I would highly recommend 387 Vets for any of your pets needs.

Since the very first day we visited 387 vets 10 years ago, Hamish and his team have been friendly, professional, compassionate . Our dog Loco was placid, lovable and as soon as we walked into 387 Jo and the girls would make a fuss of him . With 387 the friendliness starts as soon as you walk through the door immediately making pet and owner at ease.
The professionalism of Hamish and his team are second to none therefore when you leave there you are at Eagan’s more knowledgeable of the problem. Right up to and after the end of Locos life Hamish and his team have been so compassionate and understanding. I can’t recommend 387 vets enough.
