I woke up last Saturday morning, 20 May, to find Bliss, one of my poodles, had a badly infected eye. I phoned my 387 vets and they asked to bring her later that morning. Hamish found Bliss was suffering with glaucoma. This can have serious consequences in that the dog may lose the eye. The medication Hamish perscribed had an immediate effect. Today Hamish did a follow up check and found Bliss has almost made a full recovery. All of my dogs, 2 poodles, a dachshund and Scottish Terrier are all cared for at 387 Vets. They have always been very professional and caring with all my dogs past and present.

Can't thank Hamish and the practice manager enough for all their help yesterday. We turned up at the practice with my bunny who was badly injured and although they don't normally do emergencies, Hamish was kind enough to see us. Unfortunately nothing could be done and my poor boy passed away, however Hamish was professional and kind, and I can't say thank you enough

We have been using 387 since we had our two Labrador pups 7 years ago, they have always been able to fit us in if we had an emergency, just recently one of our dogs was limping and we couldn't find out what was wrong, we decided to have an X ray and it did show a bit or arthritis, we tried pain killers but he was still limping, it was suggested we might try acupuncture, I thought this would be a waste of time as I had tried acupuncture and it didn't do anything for me, the dog continued to limp and it got to the stage he wouldn't walk out so we decided to try the acupuncture, the Dodd was walking without a limp the same day and in a few days he was running round, I was amazed by the results.
