I was a mess bringing Della in to be spayed and everyone was so lovely with both me and Della .. called when she was out of surgery and later in the day.. the day after and during her check up she wasn’t scared to go back at all. Top vets and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.. recommend to anyone .. thank you for looking after my babies!!

Best Vet Ever. Excellent service, very friendly and always there to help with a problem even if its a old problem Hamish will always talk to me and set me on the right track. Will miss them all dreadfully when i move house has i trust them 100% with every decision they have to make. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Warm. Friendly and welcoming. Extremely professional . Everything explained in easy to understand conversation. You and your pet are always treated with uttermost respect. Staff know you and your pet when your seen outside the surgery in the street. Wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.

Always a pleasure to come into this vets, always greeted by pleasant receptionists and our dogs experience here is always a good one. Its like visiting one big family and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Over the years I’ve taken my various beloved pets to a variety of vets. Often feeling they were doing a fair enough ‘job’. Then 387 vets opened. Shortly after opening my Mum’s dog collapsed and after a brief phone call we rushed him to 387. Hamish met us at the car! Together we carried him inside to be examined. From that day on and several years later the practice has expanded but still give that ‘personal’ touch. Making you feel like your pet is the only one they’re seeing today. Never rushed and happy to convey an enviable amount of knowledge. I had to have my cat put to sleep and the dignity given to me and my cat was unbeatable. Due to a sedative been given before the final injection my 18 year old kitty lay on my lap purring as he went to sleep. So basically I highly recommend not just the practice who send very helpful reminder texts but the receptionist who has given me so much advise over the phone, the nurses who are extremely well trained including a vast dietary knowledge and of course the A star vets who really do actually care about the beloved pets they are treating. Highly, highly recommend.
