Absolutely fantastic entertainment for my dad’s 60th birthday party. The DJ was brilliant and kept the dance floor busy all night, playing a great mix of music that everyone enjoyed. We booked as a large party following a recommendation from a friend. The food is fantastic, the staff are great and the restaurant is clean and inviting.
They had no children’s menu at the time of our visit, but they accommodated our child with a discounted generously sized pizza and a couple of dough balls.
Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We were really disappointed though. The chips literally aren’t battered at all and the pakora just tasted like standard cod bites. Disappointing.

After being invited to try the West Mids Chip Van again, I honestly can't believe the difference.
I must have caught them at a bad time before because the difference was night and day.
The chips were delicious and crispy, and the fish pakora was beautifully spiced, fresh and delicate.
The staff were great and explained that sometimes it happens but if you let them know, they will be happy to sort you out.
We had 2 portions and we both left feeling like it was on of the best meals we've ever had at Herbert's Yard.
We will definitely be back the next time they are in town!
