Just crush a packet of chocolate chip cookies in a bag and then place in a frying pan with 25g (1oz) butter, heat through, put half mixture into 4 individual Posh glasses, top with apple purée from a jar ( if you haven't made your own) and cover with remaining biscuit mix, serve with cream if liked or ice cream.
