The New Forest Centre in Lyndhurst is holding a fantastic hands on workshop on Saturday 9th May from 10am to 1pm where Rachel Heathcote, an experienced and qualified Medical Herbalist will talk about the top ten herbs for your medicine cabinet.

As a registered member of The National Institute of Medical Herbalists (NIMH), Rachel works within their code of ethics and practice.

Rachel is always keen to share her passion about Herbal Medicine with more people, so go along to her workshop and you will learn simple preparations including elderberry cordial, calendula macerated oil, lemon balm tincture and herbal baths, and go home with samples, recipes and information handouts.

Booking is essential and places are limited so please ring 02380 283444 to book – The cost of the workshop is £30 per person.
