Our previous contract for our MFC was due for renewal earlier this year. We decided to get several quotes for a replacement device. Highland Copiers met with us, discussed our requirements and managed to offer a higher specification machine for the same (over inflated) price we had been paying for the previous three years. Remarkably, Highland Copiers offered a more competitive price per print. Their quote was more competitive than any others so after taking up a few good references we signed a contract. They came at a day/time suitable to our business and setup the new device, not just physically but installed and configured on all PCs. Previous suppliers have left this to our IT department. They also transferred all information from our previous device (such as hundreds of fax numbers we use). On the install day they completed a short tutorial to get us going, and returned the following week to hold more detailed training with all of the staff. Since the install, we have had some questions and queries and we always receive a response and often an engineer visit that same day. I would recommend Highland Copiers to anyone considering a new MFC device as our experience has been better than that of other companies contracted in the past.
