I wish to leave a testimonial to share my first experience with potentially new & regular clients. I walked into the Salon a couple of days ago to be greeted to a warm welcome from the lovely Brian & the team. I explained my colour requirements & was advised I needed a 48hr skin test first to ensure I would not have a reaction to the chemicals - this was done immediately & I booked my appointment for 2 days later with the main man Nigel. From the moment I walked through the door I was thoroughly looked after and pampered by Nigel & his team. I was offered a nice pot of hot tea & biscuits as we agreed to opt for a full head of highlights using Redken Hair Colouring. I am pleased to say the finished article was very impressive (including my 'Dirty Looks' Hair Extensions) but what fascinated me more was how detailed and articulate Nigel is as a hairdresser and literally made me feel very comfortable & relaxed throughout my salon experience. Even Beth was really lovely and may I say she gives the best massages when washing hair!! I don't usually write reviews for hairdressers but felt this deserved a special mention so all credit goes to Nigel & his friendly & professional team who go that extra mile for the customer. I originally reviewed all the hair salons in Tewkesbury & this was voted No.1 - I cant recommend this place enough & reasonably priced in my opinion. Well Done Nigel & thank you for a great experience - if I am ever passing I will be sure to pop in - many thanks Ronnie (from Spain) x
