Jared cleaned the carpets of my house I have only just bought. Some were quite old, well used and stained but Jared has the equipment and expertise to leave them looking much cleaner and fresher. His whole operation is professional and he takes pride in his work. I was particularly impressed by the extra care he took when he realised some of the carpeting needed additional effort. Despite the extra time he took and consumables used, he honoured the original quote. I would certainly use him again and recommend this business to anyone looking for an excellent carpet cleaner.

S D Luke fitted the soffits and guttering at my previous house 15 years ago and at my new house 2 weeks ago (Sept 17), their workmanship was then and still is first class. Spencer's quote was competitive both for a full removal and UPVC replacement and for the cheaper covering of the old , he explained both systems, but left the choice entirely up to me and pushed neither. I went for the full fit. Spence and Ash put in a good days work explained everything as they went along. When they uncovered an unforeseen problem they showed me what it was and again explained the alternatives and additional costs (which were very reasonable and fully understandable) but again left the choices to me - pressure salesmen they are not. Good honest, hardworking craftsmen - recommended.

Very friendly and accommodating. They go out of their way to help. They were very supportive in getting hair coloured when I had a neck injury last year. Never used KLF before that but now I feel they deserve my custom. Would recommend every time.
