Thank you Lucy and Mark for looking after our much loved Daisy. Picked her up about 9.15 am .She must have had a great time drank 3 bowls of water went to toilet. Then slept for 4 hours. Had toilet break now back asleep.

We moved into our new home in October and one of the jobs to be done was a leaking gutter along the rear of the house. The facia boards were scruffy and tired looking and there was an irritating drip onto our conservatory roof whenever it rained. I asked Specer to come and take a look and he quoted for aluminium replacement guttering, a new down pipe and facia. He was able to do the job in December as he is clearly in demand, but it was worth waiting. The appearance of the rear guttering has been transformed and it all looks and functions like new. I thought the price was reasonable and the workmanship excellent. Spencer and his colleague took all the rubbish away and tidied up behind them. There are a few more jobs still to be done, including misted windows and I will happily entrust Spencer with them when the weather improves. I would unhesitatingly recommend his firm.

My patio doors needed to be replaced. Mr Luke came and gave a reasonable quote, which I accepted. He gave a good idea of the lead in time and how long the job would take, and was happy to settle on a date which suited my work and holiday arrangements. He and his son took great care in removing the old doors, to reduce the inevitable dust, and had installed and sealed in the new doors by 4pm. They took away all the debris and left the area clean and tidy. The work was done to a high standard and I am very pleased.

I contacted Andy yesterday regarding problems with a front door lock and he said he would come and have a look this morning. He arrived first thing and was exceptionally helpful, identifying the problem within about 5 mins. He proceeded to remap every the barrel, showed me where the problem was and provided advice on the best course of action.
Andy was exceptionally knowledgable and helpful and provided an outstanding service at a very reasonable price, I would have no hesitation in recommending AW Locksmiths to anyone in need of advice or help with solving lock problems; Andy's contact details are now in my phone as one of a number of companies that I can trust and have confidence in.

We are really pleased with the improvements, they’ve made a huge difference and it was great to show Sal yesterday when he visited to quote for further improvements. Sal as you know was our initial visitor from R&R so it was good he could see his design work completed in person. Sal has great patience and has been really helpful with design ideas etc
We came to R&R because of previous work carried out at our home and also our in laws and we have not been disappointed. Everyone in the team have been great.We look forward to hearing from Sal again soon and hope we can do business with R&R again in the near future.

Our house in Muxton needed freshening up after 20 years, and Spencer came to quote for refurbishing the soffits, facias and guttering, as well as quoting for replacement windows. We were impressed by the replacement seamless aluminium guttering they provided, especially when we learned that we were not restricted to white colour, and the clean lines it gave to the rooflines. During October, Spencer and Ash came to renew the exterior of the house completely, including a new porch entrance as well as the replacement windows. Spencer and Ash work hard, in a professional manner, and tidy up as they go. Their costs were in line with what we had anticipated, and we are delighted with the results, and the new look of our property. Would not hesitate to recommend SD Luke for any property work.

Where do I start?
We have 2 dogs - a 20 year old Springer/Lab cross and a 13 year old pure Springer. We were recommended to Mr & Mrs Bannister and went to see them and their kennels.
The first thing that strikes you is how CLEAN it is and the total absence of any smell.
Mr Bannister is very impressive, he is open, honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. When he walked through the kennels you could see the rapport he has with the dogs - yes they were barking but all came to greet him, with tails wagging, as he walked past.
He was reluctant to accept Ben (the older one) due to his age but we persuaded him to meet Ben, who is still very active and he was then agreeable to the 2 dogs staying with them for 2 weeks.
Neither of the boys had ever been to a kennels before and, whilst we "wondered" how they were getting on we were never worried.
Mrs Bannister dealt with the paperwork side of our booking and see was quick, friendly and very informative.
On our return we collected the boys - it was wonderful, Mr Bannister had obviously spoilt them rotten and now referred to Ben as "My Mr. Ben".
I have no knowledge of what happened in those 2 weeks - what I do know is that both dogs gave Mr. Bannister a genuinely affectionate farewell, "sulked" for days afterwards and had obviously been treated incredibly well.
My parents ran a Kennels & Cattery in Mallorca for 20 years and I, more than many others, know the hard work and dedication involved in this choice of work.
Mr & Mrs Bannister remind me of my parents - totally dedicated to the welfare of their charges.
Recommended - seems such an unsuitable term - of course I recommend Cottage Kennels & Catery, who wouldn't. But I would like to say a "heartfelt" thank you to both Mr & Mrs Bannister. Their kindness and professionalism publically acknowledged here.
They obviously have a vocation, love what they do and are excellent at it.
