They provide a top class service - design & delivery. Sal & Mark achieved what seemed to be unattainable in managing to incorporate everything on our wish-list into the design, including late additions. They have a very positive can-do attitude, nothing is too much trouble, with all requests undertaken with good grace.
Communications are excellent - we always knew what was happening & when.
The job went smoothly, from delivery to installation & snagging. Adrian & Mark are experts, not forgetting assistant Mick, and we are absolutely delighted with the results. The team are personable, met the schedule & worked tidily & efficiently, ensuring we were never without essential services for long. Finally, tiler Sean worked tirelessly even on a Sun & B. Hol, expertly completing a complicated tiling job.
