The Conservatory looks absolutely fantastic and meets all of our expectations in terms of quality, size and suitability for our requirements. As you will appreciate, people always have concerns when building work takes place but in all aspects you have been exemplary. Throughout each phase of the project you have given us total confidence in what you are doing. At the planning stage you provided clear guidance on what was and wasn't possible and in this respect, we really appreciated your honesty. You were as good as your word which in this day and age is a rarity.
During the works you and your team were on time every day, conscientious and hard working, not to mention tidy. The works were completed well within the agreed timeframe and this proved so helpful for other plans we had in place.

I made my first visit to KLF at the start of April. it was a birthday treat for my Mum - a hair cut and colour. My Mum was very happy.
While I was there I noticed that they also did gel nails, so today was my first visit, and I'm very happy. Jodie was very friendly and helpful and my nails look great, already booked in for my next visit.

R & R Services have undertaken many projects at our home over the last few years, ranging from new build conservatories, kitchen extension (including all new kitchen units & appliances), replaced all exterior windows, patio doors, soffit, facia and barge boards etc.
The sales team (Rob & Mark) are very approachable, courteous and give honest opinions regarding work that needs to be done; not always agreeing with our own ideas, but are always willing to listen to our requirements, problem solve, taking ideas through to an agreeable solution.
Some of the more complex work has not always gone exactly to plan. However relevant costs have always been absorbed by R & R. We have never been approached for additional funds.
I have always found their fitters to be polite, tidy and reliable. After sales service is excellent and offered with the same courtesy service.
I would not hesitate to use the services offered by this company again, and would highly recommend them to others.
