I used Blue for table decorations for a reception following my mothers funeral in December.
My request was for delicate cream/white/foliage with a hint of yellow/gold being acceptable.(In keeping with the rest of the funeral flowers that were arranged through funeral directors in Birmingham)
My husband collected the flowers. When I opened the car door and saw the pallette of flowers on the back seat all I could see was foliage and gold/yellow!
I do understand the weather affected delivery of flowers however no attempt to contact me was made until after I phoned to complain and a voicemail was left but no further follow up.
I had to put the situation right myself by going to a supermarket purchasing white roses and adding to each of the 10 decorations. (Just what I needed the night before my mother's funeral!)
