The Olive Tree Restaurant. Delightful Whitebait - hot, light and crisp. Plate beautifully seasoned. Sirloin Steak plump, tender and beautifully cooked. Perhaps the potatoes could be a little less chunky or fewer in number. The confit of duck was faultless, very nice noodles and sauce. Red cabbage was lightly spiced and just so enjoyable. Chocolate Mousse had a lovely smooth taste - could perhaps be a little lighter as it was a little dense! However - a delightful meal for both of us - thank you. The service was neat and friendly as well.
