Once again Tamworth Borough Council will be putting on this years Firework extravaganza in the Castle Grounds. The event last year saw some 12,000 people brave the rain for the first display for several years. This year's event is on Saturday 7th November promises to be bigger and better.
No Bonfire this year, nothing to do with rain but so that an extra 4,000 people can attend the FREE dsiplay. With discounted admission to the Castle Castle, fire walk about characters, food stalls, family activities, Bakers Fun Fair and a special performance from dance outfit Urban Fusion, there will be so much to do & see for all the family.
The fun starts at 6pm and the fireworks due to go off at 8pm.
