We had a problem with rodents, phone Justin From pro kill came out within 1 hour and gave us advice, they then called on us 3 times, Matt was very professional and knowledgeable would recommend them every time.

From the first phone call Justin was professional, helpful and understanding. He was able to come out the very next day and able to spot the problem within a matter of minutes. Justin gave us some really helpful advice and offered us a number of solutions, not pushing us into anything we weren’t comfortable with.

After contacting Justin, he came out the next day. He is very polite and friendly. He was quick to discover the problem and within a Max of 5 mins he solved the problem. obviously very experienced in his job. Very satisfied - Super job!!!!

A very big thank you to Tim, Raol and Danny at Swindon Station!! What brilliant members of Staff and an absolute credit to Swindon Station and the British Rail Network,. My friend arrived from Cornwall, having just broken her foot a few days before and unable to drive took the train from Bodmin Parkway. Before she arrived I went to the Help Desk to see if anyone could help me to get her to the first floor to the Car Park as with her luggage and with her on crutches was going to be very difficult. Tim was at the desk and immediately assured me, he or another member of staff, would be waiting for the train with me with a wheel chair. Raol then steps in, polite and well mannered and very patient, especially as the Cornwall train was twenty five minutes late due to flooding. The train arrives and Raol and now Danny assist in the tranference of my friend to the Car Park. The same procedure was employed by Danny on Saturday morning when she caught the early train home to Bodmin Parkway. A very big thank you for courtesy, politeness, consideration and humour!! What fantastic representatives of the British Rail Network, an absolute credit. Proper old fashioned service.and that says it all.

I emailed Tony on a Sunday, not expecting a reply until Monday at the earliest. Not only did Tony reply on Sunday asking for my registration number but he emailed me later on Sunday with a quotation which was great.
Once I confirmed that i would like to go ahead the part was ordered and was fitted by Tony's business partner, Steve, the day after it arrived.
