Having had a recurring problem with rats for several years I called Prokill hoping they could offer a more comprehensive investigation than the local authority. I wasn't disappointed. Justin attended promptly and carried out a thorough investigation in the house and garden, explaining every step. He also helped with moving light furniture and flooring in the house and probing in the garden and sewer, all of which I could not have done on my own. He traced the root of the problem and gave helpful advice on how to proceed with necessary repairs as well as carrying out further work in the house to ensure an entry point was suitably blocked.
