All staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful; always putting the best interests of the dogs first.

An amazing local, independent business with a huge heart.
During a difficult period The Empawrium provided advice, support & products to keep my two dogs happy and healthy (paws up from Kira & Max… except on wash days) 😂
At one point I wasn’t sure I could even keep them due to my health, but Sam & Lewis went above & beyond to make life a little easier until I got back on my feet. I’m soooo grateful for their kindness & genuine love, care & knowledge for all things canine; they’re humble but they really do know everything (about dogs anyway)!
Plus, they have the best meet & greet assistant I’ve ever met… Kevin 🐾

Sam and Lewis are so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.Sam has been so very helpful advising me on nutrition and diet for my Greyhound, Kernow. Their personal touch to everything, the well stocked and lovely store and the care shown towards animals and their owners, really does show that they pride themselves on very high standards. Empawrium is a fantastic pet store, located right by Sutton Park. Lewis and Sam are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit a pleasure. They have a great selection of high-quality pet food and toys. They go above and beyond to provide helpful advice and guidance. The store is clean and well-organized. I highly recommend Empawrium to all pet owners!
