Food was incredible. I am iranian i have eaten a lot of iranian food in my lifetime and this has to be one of the best. We had shar plater, lamb shank, okra, humus, seasoned fries and rice everything was 10/10. Great value too if you collect as we had 20% off and it was already great value. Cant wait to eat inside when lockdown is finished as it looks lovely, thank you.

My wife and I have been here twice in one week. This is a newly constructed and brilliantly decorated restaurant with incredible food! We have ordered lamb fillet, chicken skewers and kobideh with rice. The food was really well cooked and the flavours were incredible! The starters were tasty and complemented the main dishes very nicely. We will definitely be returning here soon. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants high quality Persian food. I am no expert of Persian culture, but the food at Chelo is tasty, full of flavour and freshly prepared on the spot!
Although the menu is mainly meat based, there is a selection of veg alternatives, and room to accomodate requests.
The staff is attentive and dedicated, the service is quick and the place is clean and safe.
Will return for more baba ganoush and mix grills!
