What can't I say the kindness,genuinity and amazing professionalism that was portrayed by Nathan and his colleagues is beyond words, the warmth,love,care and understanding that was shown towards myself,My family and my Nan (R.I.P) was immaculate Nathan took time out of his own personal life not in his working hours to allow me to spend time with my Grandmother,He showed exceptional support and guidance throughout and I could never thank him enough, he presents everything in the up most respect and goes above and beyond in every aspect, he was also someone I could look to for emotional support as he was there not only as a funeral service but as friend in which he shared his own personal experiences and made me feel at ease during the whole process, you will not be disappointed with the beautiful services lilies supply, honestly I am eternally greatful, sending love, luck and happiness to all that work at Lilies Funeral Directors Xx Samantha

On behalf of the family of the late Julia Warom, I would like to thank Callum for the arrangement of my late mother’s funeral. Everything was so professionally handled and I was kept up to date by email of the design, layout and wording of the service booklets. The funeral itself was handled with compassion and respect by Nathan and team.

I contacted Lillies when I knew that my husband was extremely ill and the family had been told that he would definitely not improve- they gave me advice on what to do next in a friendly and professional manner. When the time came that my husband actually died they guided me from start to finish-even contacting the Birmingham registrar on my behalf. I would definitely recommend Lilies as my family were treated with dignity and nothing was too much trouble for Lillies - they provided an excellent speaker to do the service and I would certainly recommend them.
