I have just used Harjinder to help me purchase a property. Harjinder had previously helped me with the sale of another property and her work ethic and approachability meant that when she moved solicitors, to Pickford, I followed her so she could assist me again.
Communication is key for me and at no point did I feel out of my depth or ignored. No question too small. Can’t thank the team, especially Harjinder, for their professionalism and care. Would definitely recommend 😊

The whole process of dealing with them has been amazing and their detail to customer care I've found exceptional. Martin has been so helpful, and a huge shout out to Roger, Nick, Sam and Nick who have done a fabulous job with little mess but a lot of respect and politeness. I wouldn't use anywhere else. Sorry taken so long for this review but better late than never. I would like to thank Franklins for the excellent service I received. From start to finish my move from S/W France to UK went without a hitch and with their guidance the TOR forms etc for returning to UK were eventually completed They kept in touch and their removal men Simon & Michael were brilliant in every respect professional yet extremely friendly and helpful I cannot fault any of the service I received.Their moving rates are very competitive and did not change from the outset.I would thoroughly recommend Franklins for any removal whether overseas or local.

From the very first telephone call to Lilies to say that my Father had died, throughout the process of arranging the funeral, and on the day of the funeral itself, the service we received was absolutely superb. Respectful and helpful at all times, I as an individual and we as a family cannot recommend Lilies highly enough. The peace of mind and reassurance we gained from engaging Lilies made what was a very difficult time for us, so much more bearable.
