A superb experience with Leamore Windows, from our initial enquiry all the way through to installation. Extremely welcoming, courteous and customer focused, the professionalism across their entire team was second to none. We received first class advice and guidance from Sales Executive Darren, in helping us choose our windows and doors. Nothing was too much trouble and dealing with him was a pleasure. Very knowledgeable, but with no 'hard sell' and he arranged for an excellent price too! We then received more great service from Installation Manger Rob, including working through a couple of last minute changes. Finally the fitters, Ian & Steve were also excellent - very courteous and professional, completing the install with no fuss, or mess - a great finish! In summary Leamore have been superb - we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and already have done to family and neighbours.

I recently hired Franklins Removals for the removal of my mum's holiday apartment in the Alps back to the UK. My initial telephone chat with Emma was very friendly and reassuring, and subsequent email correspondence with Ben was prompt and thorough. Michael and Simon were our onsite removal team and provided us with an extremely professional, friendly and speedy service. They communicated well in advance regarding their estimated arrival time and not even an unexpected snowfall delayed their schedule. They even braved the weather with shorts! All in all, a remarkably stress-free experience. Not what you would usually expect from any type of move :) Many thanks to all the Franklins team.

A well planned and executed lightweight conservatory roof fitting in Pelsall. Everyone turned up when expected and the job was finished on time. Ian and Steve completed the main build and did a great job, the fitting was professionally completed and the site left clean and tidy.
