Wow! This place is amazing😀 I went in this morning with my staffy pup without a clue about what I wanted or needed so was hoping for some advice.
Firstly my staffy was all over the place and the team were so understanding as he's a puppy and hasn't yet learnt to control his excitement! Everyone is so friendly but most of all Lewis spent so much time with me explaining the what's and why's and showed me different selections, not at all pushy or sales orientated. I had gone in with a concern and no idea what I wanted to focus on feeding and I walked out feeling like I knew exactly what the plan was.
I've been into raw food stores before and there's a slight stereotype that because you have a staffy, you want to bulk him, so feel quite pressured and overwhelmed but not here, it is genuine advice for a healthy dog.
Definitely recommend!

Good priced shop good selection only thing was when I entered the shop the man instantly come from behind the counter and literally followed me round the shop within 2 foot of me at all times I was trying to look at the selection he’s standing next time me just staring saying is that all now….. I felt very uncomfortable and a little bit violated. Does he do this to everyone or just people he doesn’t like the look of ?

I always had such a great experience here. Sammy and Lewis are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and refreshingly straightforward, exactly what you needed when trying to make the right choices for your dog.
They take the time to explain things clearly without overcomplicating anything or pushing unnecessary products, which I really appreciate. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and want the best for them. Our Luna absolutely loved it there.
