This course taking place over 4 x 90 minute sessions aims to give you the tools to incorporate yoga into your daily life.
Meditation cultivates the awareness we all need in our lives to bring our minds and bodies in sync for optimum health and well being. It is a simple practice that can be incorporated with ease into our daily lives.

The teacher, Karen Pearson is a qualified meditation teacher with the British School of Meditation. She has been meditation for more than 20 years and has experienced a range of different techniques over that time. Like many of us, she leads a busy life and runs her own business, she has found that a regular meditation practice has helped her to build a level of resilience that has positively impacted how she reacts to what life throws at her.
