I was contacted in advice confirming the details of the booking as the date approached. It was a very informative and useful meeting where everything was clearly explained to ensure I understood my options and I was given time to go away and consider my these before I made any decisions - I didn't feel pressured at all which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend this company.
