We visited when the food and craft market was on. Good variety of independent stalls. Afterwards, we walked part of the nature trail, past the vineyards. Beautiful countryside and although not accessible, you can see the fishing pools in the distance. We spent a good couple of hours here. Dog friendly and free parking.

Natascha - Tom said about Franklins Removals Ltd
My family and I moved from Alsace to Leeds in July 2026 after a year in France. Our 10 m3 goods (about 50 standard sized boxes bought on Amazon, a bunk bed, a couple of bookcases, a keyboard, a microwave, a few random items and five bikes) were collected on 15th July by franklins and they loaded the lorry very quickly with no issues. The goods were kept in storage when they arrived in the UK as we weren’t yet ready to travel. They were delivered to us in Leeds on 28th July by Karl and Keiran (who did a great job - very friendly and professional!)

We were really happy with how everything went. One thing to note was that they couldn’t give an exact moving/delivery date until quite short notice. They were able to give a window of two days. However, i think that’s standard industry practice.

They were very accommodating by delivering a week earlier than originally requested (due to a change of circumstances on our behalf).

Brilliant customer service by Bev throughout.

Thanks Franklins!

Just got our monthly flowers through the post! Always very different from the sort of flowers you see in a supermarket, they last almost all month, and some are only leaving the vase as the new ones arrive. Brilliant!!

The lady who talked me through my will was amazing , her name is Sarah Danbury and she was so patient , clear, kind , thoughtful and professional - an asset to the company . No one wants to think about the time when we leave loved ones but it’s peace of mind knowing the ways in which you can ensure financially your assets go towards a better future for them. 10/10 experience highly recommended (I heard of this company through nhs working scheme & it was highly reccomended with reason !) Thank you Sarah :)

After a few changes to the telephone meeting with Sarah Danbury (my fault) we had a very informative call. Everything explained at a pace and level we understood. Thank you for your time and look forward to receiving the documents.
