I have a very good, customer support from the moment we walked into the shop at beggers Bush delta with my needs in a very friendly and professional manner . We were not ready for the fitting of the carpet, but assured us it will be stored. On the day of fitting they were here on time as promised and did a wonderful job of laying thr carpet. My experience have been good, hence my review.

This company was really good and patient with me. I measured incorrectly in the kitchen but fitter remeasured it for m. He waited & fitted the bathroom as l popped out to their sister branch in Sutton Coldfield and brought the correct fitting Lino. He the fitted it for me and they had a really busy day. Great service. Thanhs guys

What an amazing company. Arranged for the stairs and landing to be measured this morning. Came on time measured and the quote given to us was great. They then asked if we would like it fitted today! Well, they turned up this afternoon and what an amazing job the fitters have done. Considering we have an awkward staircase and on top of that we have a stair lift we were amazed at such a wonderful job completed. All the staff we have encountered have been so kind and polite.
