So glad we found R-N Property services. As private landlords it is so difficult sometimes to find trades at short notices which offer reliable service at reasonable prices. Kez is absolutely amazing, so efficient and dynamic and sorted everything out for us in double quick time. As Kez is an experienced surveyor she provided us with EPCs and floorplans herself. We were delighted with the quality of the floorplans (both 2D and 3D) which will put us on an equal footing with agents when we next come to market our properties. When asked, Kez also arranged for our boiler and radiators to be replaced and, whilst she did not conduct these works personally, Azeem and his team were excellent and completed the works to a very high standard for a reasonable price. EICR certificates at £100 are excellent value. Can highly recommend this One-Stop-Shop for landlords and will definitely be using again in the future.
