I have bought two secondhand tambour cupboards from ORS for my home office, and have been thrilled on both occasions. The items are very high quality and excellent condition at a very reasonable price. Ordering via the website is easy and I have also found their customer services very helpful. The deliveries were to a ground floor room and care was taken with the cupboards and my property. We were in need of an office installation in support of a hearing we were conducting in the Derbyshire area. This had to do with delivering furniture (a desk, chair and chest of drawers), installing them in a hotel room, to be collected several weeks later. Although this service was decidedly bespoke in nature, ORS delivered to our utmost satisfaction and arranged with the highest standard of professionalism and courtesy. Thank you Kevin and Ashley.

Excellent service from ORS and even more pleased that all of our furniture is recycled. Moving from a 1-person office to 4 staff we needed quite a bit and Cameron was fab at getting it all sorted for us. Especially when the chairs we chose weren't available, he sorted alternatives and let us try them out to see if they suited - they didn't so we returned them for another design and are really impressed. Definitely the place for office furniture.

Incredibly helpful company from concept to delivery, it was easy and nothing was too much trouble getting the order right. The delivery location was not the easiest but they were easy going and flexible which made the installation a lot less stressful than I thought plus took the old furniture away in one go. Perfect. Highly recommended.

I use office recycling solutions alot for my line of work as a health And Safety Lead, the staff are extremely helpful. Kevin is amazing always responds quick and efficiently helps me order the correct products for our staff member. Just had a desk delivered, really happy with it. From ordering to delivery couldn't have been easier.
Customer service initially was fantastic. I rang on the day to confirm delivery day and the gentleman on the end of the phone was really helpful.
The two chaps who dropped the desk off couldn't have been better.
The product itself is perfect and probably would have cost a whole lot more new!

Visiting ORS is like visiting Aladdin's cave. I am setting up my first office and following some really good recommendations, I thought I'd pop in and see what furniture I could find. The quality and range of furniture is incredible, we found the colours and the styles that we wanted of desks, office chairs and lounge chairs and tables. The delivery of the items was seamless also, on time, set up as requested and cleaned by the guys doing it. Thoroughly good experience from start to finish and highly recommended.

I recently had the need to purchase a new office chair and went along to the Burton showroom on a Saturday where I met Karl who was very helpful and knowledgable. I have to say I have never seen so many chairs of different style and sizes. Needless to say found exactly what i needed at a very competitive price. It was loaded in to my car and away I went very happy.
