I've used Louise from Not Just Travel a few times now, Her service and attention to detail is just outstanding. Louise has arranged things such as, short sun get aways, last minute holidays to 14 night cruises, taster cruise's and constantly is on the look for accommodation that would suit our needs, being 3 adults. I would recommend Louise without hesitation, you can trust that you'll never have a bad experience ever again.

Louise did an excellent job of finding us a last minute holiday that catered to our needs as a family of five. She asked pertinent questions about what we were looking for so that she was able to quickly identify and refine the options available, as she knew exactly what we were looking for. Louise was lovely to deal with - she checked in on us before, during and after the holiday to make sure all was well and going smoothly. I would definitely book through Louise again and recommend to others.

Booking our holiday with Louise was easy and hassle free. She is very efficient and our booking confirmation was with us in no time. The hotel we booked later had building work going on and we had to change to another hotel. Louse’s recommendation was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t have had a better hotel or holiday. It was again all sorted for us efficiently and hassle free. Thank you Louise.

All I can say is Louise has the patience of a saint.
Having booked our original holiday via Louise we had lots of issues at home, which meant many conversations around changing hotels, changing countries, looking at when we could, and couldn't get refunds switch balances etc all of which was in the small print that Louise understood so we didn't need to try.
Louise did all of the correspondence with Jet2, so we didn't have to. She checked us in and sent through our confirmation, too, so we didn't have to stress at all.
I think she became an agony aunt to us in the end, but did it with kindness.
I'd definitely use Louise again, although I wouldn't blame her if she didn't want us!

1st time I have used Louise to book but will definitely use her again. The whole process has been so easy. I didn’t have to do a thing , Not only did Louise book our requested hotel , she checked us in and sent the boarding cards., booked fast track passes .<br>All ready to go next week !😎

Everything was perfectly organised, from luxury hotels and knowledgeable guides to smooth transport and unique local experiences.
