We had our front door fitted a couple of weeks ago by Spencer, he was lovely and his customer service was spot on! The experience as whole with leamore widows could not be faulted. Will be using again when it’s time to change the back door.

From the initial meeting with Darren (Daz) in sales at Leamore Windows through to Kevin the surveyor, the follow up three meetings with Darren to confirm detailed aspects and choices, the procedure was very positive and comfortable.
The fitting team of David(Dave) and Callum(Cal)were flawlessly considerate and extremely professional on all levels over four days for our contract of 4 external doors, french doors and 12 flush casement windows of the highest quality recommended by Darren(Daz).
Our home is now snug before the winter (just in time).

What can I say about Leamore Windows other than a hassle free seamless experience from start to finish, completely professional. We had quotes from 4 different companies but from the start Leamore was the one that stood out. Darren Webb the salesman was so helpful and friendly we asked him back to place the order. No pressure sales from Darren he went through everything and advised when we were unsure, plus gave us as much time as we needed. The installation team were the best we have experienced on anything, they filled us with confidence and their workmanship and tidiness was second to none. Purchased a replacement Conservatory from Leamore Windows. Every stage from Quotation to Fitting was hassle free. We were kept updated by the company at all stages of the build. We had a great team Sam and Nick complete our work, very friendly and helpful at all times.

Windows and doors fitted earlier than estimated, bonus. Spencer and Callum arrived on time and worked tirelessly all day even in the rain. Their workmanship is first class, cleaned all new windows and doors and took away every bit of rubbish. Even the neighbours are impressed. Well done to both of you. I would recommend Leamore Windows to anyone considering replacing windows or doors without hesitation.

Overall a good experience from Leamore Windows.
Spencer the door fitter did a stunning job, incredible, 5+/5! But the ordering process / communication could be better. Once I paid the deposit I heard nothing for weeks. I knew that the door needed to be ordered from the manufacturers but didn't know if this was done and when I would be expecting a call to book installation. 3 weeks after survey I called and got a blanket response (didn't look up my details). Chased again 6 weeks after surveyor visit and the door was ready to be installed. Door was fitted on the 8th week, Not bad - Seems to be the typical TAT for all supply and fit companies.
Basically a breakdown of where my order is and this would be 5/5. I got no emails or calls from Leamore after paying the deposit and felt like I needed to chase.

Had a new bay window fitted today, from start to finish it was an easy and professional service. From Darren the rep to Sam & Nick the fitters. No pressure from Darren on the quote. The fitters Sam & Nick were excellent, left no mess and never stopped until they'd finished. Highly recommend Leamore Windows!

It is reassuring to know that craftsmen still exist who take pride in their work. I had meant to take down the bedroom curtains before the gentlemenn arrived but Dale helpfully said he would do everything and move anything that needed to be moved. The blinds on all six windows were removed and put back exactly as they were, the windows given a final polish inside and out so that they were left gleaming and the house left spotless.
The UPVC windows replaced old wooden double glazing that was in a poor state. It has transformed the house both inside and out and is now so quiet inside.
My priority was sound insulation so I went for the accoustic glass option recommended by Gavin in the showroom. This is a laminated glass and I am really pleased with the result. Thanks also to Gavin for providing an excellent value quotation. There is no high pressure selling from this enterprise that manufactures its own products on site in Bloxwich, Walsall and has now been going 40 years this year.

Great! Had a composite front door and side panel fitted this week. Spencer was the fitter and he did a first class job. Leamore’s price was very competitive and their service and business procedures were spot on. Would not hesitate to have them again.
