Helping individuals and businesses build healthier habits, improve wellbeing and achieve sustainable results
At JT Ethos, there's no one-size-fits-all formula. Jim takes time to understand each client's lifestyle, health history, challenges and goals before developing a personalised approach designed around the individual.
Personal wellbeing coaching begins with an in-depth consultation and assessment, helping to identify where changes could make the biggest difference. Coaching may then incorporate movement and strength, nutrition, stress management, sleep, recovery, mindset and everyday lifestyle habits. Sessions can be delivered in person or online, with ongoing guidance and accountability to help clients stay on track.
Jim's approach is shaped by both professional training and personal experience. A former professional rugby player with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science and extensive CHEK Institute training, he understands first-hand the impact that injury, rehabilitation and lifestyle can have on health. Rather than chasing short-term fixes, JT Ethos focuses on giving clients the knowledge and tools to make positive changes they can maintain.
JT Ethos can support clients with a wide range of health, fitness and wellbeing goals, including:
