I found the phone support prior to my order to be very helpful in organising what could have been a difficult delivery.
I also found the delivery driver to be very professional and understanding. When he couldn't gain access to the site because of narrow roads, badly parked cars and bollards, he was happy to drive around the block to find our other entrance. This was also tricky but he stayed calm throughout and handled it with ease.

I ordered garden compost but it smelled strongly of unrotted cow manure and would not be suitable for growing many vegetables.
I did write a polite email explaining this but received no reply.

We waited a full day for the driver to then decide to say at 3.30 he couldn’t get to the house even though we had a delivery the day before from them no trouble. Then we were told they would try again at 8am the next day but eventually turned up at 13.45
