Dark Foundry No.8 have somehow managed to turn candles into a full blown personality trait in my house. I originally bought the Blacksmith’s Rhubarb candle and room spray, plus the Bostin Fittle range and the McIntosh Pumpkin candle and spray… and honestly, every single one of them is unreal.
The Rhubarb scent deserves its own fan club. Fresh, rich, sharp and comforting all at once. I’m a rugby-playing bloke who thought candles were just “nice smells in jars”… now I’m emotionally attached to a rhubarb candle and planning my evenings around lighting it. Didn’t see that coming. 😂
Bostin Fittle is pure comfort. Proper warm, homely, addictive scent that makes the whole house feel welcoming within minutes. The McIntosh Pumpkin range is ridiculous as well… rich autumn vibes without smelling artificial or overpowering. The room sprays actually last too, which is rare these days.
You can tell Dark Foundry No.8 genuinely care about quality and storytelling behind the fragrances. Everything is hand poured, beautifully presented, vegan friendly and made with soy wax, and the scents smell far more luxurious than a lot of the overpriced designer brands out there.
The products don’t just smell good… they create an atmosphere. Proper top-tier home fragrance company and easily one of the best independent brands I’ve bought from.
Safe to say I’ll be back for more. My bank account may never recover. 🔥

Yesterday we did a candle-making class at Dark Foundry No8 and it was brilliant ✨🕯️
Paul was so welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the candle-making process but also about the local heritage and history behind it all. You can really see the passion behind the business that Vic and Paul have created together.
It’s such a lovely small business in Willenhall and honestly made the perfect mother-and-daughters girly day out 💕
Paul looked after us so well with snacks and drinks throughout the day, and we came away with beautiful candles, lots of laughs, and special family memories made. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something different to do! 🤍

Sunday reset in our house...Oozles carpet freshener in the lounge, room spray in the hall and fresh melts on the go all round...the scent is just amazing. Popped in yesterday for our monthly restock. Highly recommend!

Just been to a candle making workshop and had an absolutely amazing time. Paul was really thoughtful, even providing refreshments! We were there over 3 hours and had a brilliant time making candles and wax melts. Candles smell incredible - got a 25% discount in the shop as we had done the workshop which made the mystery boxes real bargains! Will definitely be coming back, thank you for an awesome experience :)

Had a fantastic time at Dark Foundry Christmas candle making workshop. Paul was a great host and I really enjoyed catching up with good friends whilst getting stuck in to making different types of candles and wax melts. Really good value for money, would wholeheartedly recommend! The shop stocks a gorgeous range too…couldn’t resist picking one up on the way out!

I recently attended a candle-making workshop at Dark Foundry No. 8 and absolutely loved it! The whole event was so well thought out from start to finish. The food was delicious, and we got to make two candles plus wax melts, which was such great value.

I was looking for some nice smelling candles locally online and was pointed to dark foundry no.8 , from when I walked In I was greeted by the lovely owners who showed me all the different ranges they had on offer, I got some wax melts and some candles (which smell absolutely gorgeous) they were really polite and offered great customer Service and will be recommending to everyone I know, great couple , great store, I will be returning 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Did the Christmas candle amd wax melt workshop today. Love the creations we made to take home. We had a blast, the food spread was wonderful ( loads of lovely food). You were so helpful and accommodating of our needs. Made sure we all stayed safe during the event.

Went to this beautiful little shop earlier in the week, and Viki and Paul are just so fab. Really lovely people with really wonderful products making it a very tailored experience! We have not stopped burning our beautiful candles since purchasing them, they absolutely fill the house with the most beautiful smell especially the Mcintosh Pumpkin one! Couldn’t reccomed this place enough and will definitely be going back to get some more goodies!!

I went here the other day with my partner and they had some of the nicest candles and products i’ve ever smelt, Paul and Vicky who own Dark Foundry were so lovely and very helpful, they told us the story behind some of the ranges they make and what it means to them they also helped us get the best deal possible ! we purchased a wax warmer some wax melts a room spray a mystery box and more and i love everything !! We will be coming back and purchasing more very soon.

Wow! We visited Dark Foundry No.8 today and what a beautiful place it is! The efforts Viki and Paul have put into EVERYTHING is incredible and this shows in the shop and in each product with the Black Country names, which is such a wonderful touch. It is such a relaxed setting and they both make you feel so welcome. Each scent is just beautiful. Usually, when you are smelling a number of candles one after another, they usually all smell similar- this cannot be said for the candles/ wax melts/ room sprays etc. They all have their own unique and distinctive smell which is absolutely essential! I cannot wait to visit again, very soon!

Had my first lot of wax melts last week and omg they are amazing, got in touch 2day through Facebook to see what scent they had in the garden range in a wax melt hadn’t got the scent I wanted but said they would get it done for me and would be ready in a couple of hours, got there to pick the up all ready in a bag for me, service was ten to none absolutely lovely people will defo be back, thank you for making my house smell amazing ❤️

I recently received the most beautiful gift box from their "I Am" range, and I’m obsessed with the 'I Am in Control' scent – it’s definitely my favourite!
I also had the chance to visit their new unit, and it was such a great experience being able to smell all the different scents in person. The prices are really reasonable for the quality you get – everything feels so thoughtfully made and high-end.
