Used the free couples will writing service via my workplace and was helped by Carol Dooley. Carol was great, she made it very simple, explained things thoroughly and did not make us feel pressured to utilise any of the other services available. We did end up getting one or two of them though because they were clearly beneficial. Would recommend especially to those who are able to access the free will writing service

Steer clear. Couldn't even arrange an appointment without getting things wrong. Didn't instill me with confidence after they double booked our call from a solicitor. Even after advising them of this they still sent out the incorrect time.
Lacked confidence so much before we even got the call that I cancelled their services and arranged to see a local solicitor.
***Edit, have since received contact from a director at Accord apologising for the poor initial service. Arranged to speak with their Solicitor Sarah Danbury next week. Took us through various options and the importance of considering a trust in the will and tenants in common. Yes it costs as there is more work involved but I felt it was worth it. Stated drafted will may take two months however we received ours in one month. Would recommend.

Sarah Danbury took our instructions for our wills. She considered our needs and advised us very helpfully and was a pleasure to talk to. We had our call with Sarah Danbury this evening and I am very impressed. As a key worker I used accord because I felt the free offer was too good to pass on. Both my myself and my partner were very happy with Sarah’s amazing manner and her knowledge to help us with what would work for our situation. A basic will wasn’t enough as it was joint, so we paid additionally for extras and I now am safe in the knowledge that our Son and other family members will be looked after in the future.

I had a consultation with Sarah Danbury to have a will written and trust set up. I twice missed my alloted call, which must have been an irritation. Despite this Sarah managed to fit me in. She was patient and kind explaining it all and answering all my questions. She didn't oversell the product and even provided me a discount. I am now waiting for the paperwork in the post but so far I am nothing but impressed.
