Starting and finishing at Kingfisher Leisure Centre in Sudbury, the event offers four countryside routes of 3, 6, 13 or 26 miles. Whether you are looking for a family day out, a personal challenge or a team-building activity, there is a distance to suit you.
The Home-Start Hike is open to individuals, families, businesses, clubs and community groups. Dogs are welcome too.
The three-mile route includes a Letter Hunt for children, with hidden letters to spot along the way. Every child who completes the challenge will receive a prize.
There will also be a special appearance from Bluey.
Teams can include up to six people. Each member can choose their own distance, so you do not all need to complete the same route or walk together.
Participants are encouraged to raise sponsorship if they can. Every pound raised will help Home-Start Suffolk support local families facing difficult circumstances. These can include mental health challenges, loneliness, domestic abuse and family breakdown.
Refreshments will be available at Kingfisher Leisure Centre throughout the event. Aid stations will also be provided along the 13 and 26-mile routes.
Choose your challenge, enjoy the Suffolk countryside and help make a difference to families across the county.
