After experiencing some knee pain I had been reluctant to go to my GP as I wasnt confident they could give me a clear diagnosis on examination.

When I came across an offer on fb of having an ultrasound at Physio Motive I made an appointment and I wasn't disappointed.

Not only was Bradie able to clearly diagnose my knee pain, but he was able to offer advice and a way forward with physiotherapy and other treatments.

I got a report of my ultrasound and Bradie also sent this to my GP.

A good experience all round, no waiting time, and well worth the cost of just £75.00 for positive diagnoses and peace of mind.

I was referred to Alex at Physio Motive after sustaining a back and neck injury due to a motorbike accident. After bouncing around a couple physiotherapist I hadn't seen much improvement until I came to Physio Motive.
From my first session, Alex was incredibly supportive, attentive and took the time to create a personalised treatment plan for me.
As my recovery progressed, he helped transition me into training at the gym - I had just started but was experiencing some pains and issues with exercises. He pushed me, within my limitations, found key exercise variations to build stability as well as strength and tailored every session to my needs.
Thanks to Alex and Physio Motive, I am now fully recovered, seeing good progress in the gym and have gained so much confidence back in my physical abilities. I couldn't recommend him and Physio Motive enough - if I experience any future problems, that is definitely the first place I would go.

From my first appointment for the ultrasound scan on my knee to the end of my appointment for the injection for my knee, I have nothing but praise for the service provided by Brady. Brady was excellent at explaining exactly what was showing on the scan and offered many options for treatment. The injection I selected was quite invasive but Brady made me feel very much at ease and I was comfortable with the initial pain. I found my happy place, as instructed and stayed there until the procedure finished. I am looking forward to my 4 physio sessions included with my treatment and I will comment further. I can't recommend Bradie and Physio Motive highly enough. Bradie helped me go from being in regular pain and unable to play sports and exercise fully to being back to where I want to be. At the same time I've learned so much about how to look after myself better to avoid injuries and keep myself in good shape. My only regret is that I didn't go to see him sooner!

I am in my late sixties and my knees are paying the price for over fifty years playing multiple sports, of which keeping wicket, playing squash and ski-ing in particular all placed a heavy demand on the knees.
As almost a last resort before surgery, I engaged with Bradie and was immediately impressed with the professionalism, care and expertise he demonstrated in administering an injection therapy.
Bradie ensured that I fully understood the procedure involved, what to expect and how long that benefit might last. This gave me the confidence to proceed.
It is early days yet, but the signs look positive, and I remain hopeful that I can continue in the activities I enjoy for the next few years.

I contacted Bradie after I suddenly lost movement and was in severe pain in my left shoulder and ongoing pain i had in my right shoulder. I had been to A&E the evening before and all they did was give me pain killers and told me to book with allied (nhs) physio. 3 weeks was the wait just to see a physio..
When speaking to Bradie, due to the intense and sudden nature of the injury, he fitted me in at the end of his working day.
He then proceeded to spend 2 hours with me (when he could have been at home with his family)
We went through physical diagnosis and mobility, he took a very hands on approach with massaging to try and get the shoulder moving...
With no luck and the pain being very intense he offered to do an ultrasound there and then. I was more than happy to do this to get answers. The ultrasound confirmed his first thoughts and gave me the answers I desperately needed. I had tears in both rotator cuffs and fluid on my right. He then offered me steroid injection in both which of course I wanted...
He took the fluid out of my right shoulder and did the injection... the nxt day I was almost completely pain free and had near full mobility in my right shoulder.
The left shoulder is worse and the injection is taking a bit of time to work, however after 3 days the pain is significantly lower and I am starting to be able to mobilise the arm.
I had concerns the nxt day that the left shoulder wasnt any different. I messaged him and he replied fairly quickly, reassuring me that it can take a little time and if I have any more worries just message him and he will get back to me when he can. Since then I have sent a few messages and received replies every single time...

Without a doubt Bradie has gone above and beyond what you would expect and what I have received from other physios.

Without my visit to bradie I would still be waiting 3 weeks for an nhs physio and in extreme pain.
I generally cannot recommend him enough. He is very easy to communicate and genuinely makes you feel comfortable and that he really wants to help.

5 stars is not enough for him. Please do not hesitate to contact him and get the help you need.

Came to Physio motive with a long term hip issue. Bradie got to work straight away with a plan for return to full fitness, time line and exercise plan which were all integral in my return to regular sport.

Absolutely amazing!
I booked an initial appointment after badly spraining my ankle playing netball. Even after a couple of months, it wasn't getting any better despite following advice from the NHS.
When I first saw Bradie, I couldn't walk without limping. Going up and down stairs was very painful, my ankle was still swollen, and I had very limited movement.
However, after only a couple of months of treatment, the work Bradie has done during our sessions, along with the advice and exercises he gave me to do at home, has made a huge difference. I am now back playing netball and pain-free.
Absolutely amazing service. If I ever have any issues in the future, with any part of my body, I wouldn't hesitate to come back, as the treatment has made such a massive difference.

Having broken my ankle I was stuck in a recovery rut, where it was ‘better’ and I could move around, but I couldn’t get back to my previous level of activity. After working with Bradie for a couple of months I am now back sport, running, long walks and the gym. Thank you!

A great experience on both visits. First for a shoulder scan and Bradie explained everything in detail as he went along. Second visit was for steroid/ local anaesthetic injection into the shoulder joint. Bradie is very professional but also very approachable. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
