Had a second steriod injection in my knee by Braidie, i have 2 miniscus tears and arthritus. My knee feels completely normal now.This injection helps me be able to go about my day until i have surgery on my knee.

Had an ultrasound to diagnose a shoulder issue, and after a sensible, realistic discussion an ultrasound guided steroid injection. The follow-up care from Bradie, as with the initial consultations, have been professional and thorough.

I can highly recommend the services of Physio Motive. From my first appointment with Bradie to assess why I was experiencing pain in my shoulder and my foot, to my continuing physio with Alex they have both been so supportive. They have clearly explained my treatment plan and follow up exercises to me and with their expert help my pain is now greatly reduced.

I cannot recommend Bradie and Alex enough.
I took my daughter to see him for an injury on her ankle that wasn’t healing. Thank goodness I did as he managed to get to the bottom of quite a big issue within a few minutes and I can now go ahead with getting her the right treatment.
Had we waited for the NHS she could have caused a lot more damage in the mean time.
Bradie is incredibly knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
We will be staying in touch throughout my daughter’s treatment.
*EDIT* We are now six months post op with my daughter’s ankle which turned out to be broken and needed a brostrom operation. We have been attending physio appointments every few weeks with Braidie to start with and then Alex for the last few months.
Thanks to all of their work and advice her ankle has healed beautifully and she is back to regular sport.
They have been so helpful and attentive and any worries we’ve had in between apts they have been there to help.
Best decision we ever made was picking physio motive. Thank you 🙏

Bradie has been a big part of my London Marathon 2026 journey. Early groin problems and then delayed onset muscle pain were very worrying. Bradie was knowledgeable, positive and the hands on massage and attention to my running style all helped me achieve my goal. Recommended stretches and exercises all helped and my after care session was really beneficial. My legs feel much more relaxed, hips less painful and overall I would recommend a visit to Physio Motive. Thank you Bradie.

I have used Bradie a few times now, after being told by a friend of mine about him and I can say he is very good at his job, has the tech to identify what the cause of the problem is, knows straight away what to do next and how to maintain it from getting worse, will definitely be using him again.

I’ve got nothing but praise for the team at Physio Motive. When I booked an appointment for an MRI at the start of the year I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew something was wrong in my knee and I couldn’t wait the 6 week NHS waiting time. Bradie not only identified what the issue was, but also clearly and concisely explained what the problem was with my meniscus.
This was then followed up by the start of fortnightly sessions with Alex. I looked forward to the sessions because initially the pain was so great that the massages released the pressure and I was comfortable for a good few hours. Equally, Alex was able to quickly identify what was needed to help gradually improve my mobility and get me back to where I wanted to be.
As time went on, I found the instructions for my exercises to be simple and easy to follow, made easier by the handy app they were provided on to remind me to do them. The pain decreased over time as did the regularity of my sessions, and now I’m happily cycling for 30 minutes and moving around pain free.
I would recommend the Physio Motive team to anyone needing investigation and follow up physio on an issue- their knowledge, support and professionalism are second to none. Thanks so much Alex and Bradie!

I have had chronic muscle pain and tension for years, in my neck and back, Alex has relieved this discomfort for me and advised me on how to help myself with exercises. I have had a great improvement in my symptoms so am very happy with treatment.

I had 8 sessions booked by my company after suffering a C7 fracture, once the collar was removed my sessions with Alex started, I have received excellent treatment from Alex, my strength, movement and mobility have gone from 10% to about 95% with the 8 sessions, Alex also gives you tailored exercises to do at home to aid your recovery, I also had to cancel an appointment at short notice which was rearranged at no extra charge, i also felt no pressure from physio motive to make any additional sessions, I would highly recommend Physio- Motive for all your physio needs.

Bradie scanned my shoulder to find out what the issue was, then gave me a guided injection. Following this, I have had physio with Alex and I am progressing well towards recovery. Both guys are friendly, approachable and have answered all my questions so far. Very professional. Highly recommended
