Went to this shop to have a dress ring repaired. Mandy was absolutely amazing, she repaired the ring there and then and only asked for a donation. She even put the ring in a box as I needed to keep it still whilst the glue dried. Really lovely helpful lady with a shop full of every colour and design that you could wish for. I was also interested in one of her rings but unfortunately she did not have my size, however, Mandy took my phone number, checked to see if she could get my size and called me back, all within an hour. We will definitely go back.

I took two necklaces into Mandy’s Jewellery and Gifts shop, one for re-stringing and the other for lengthening. The pieces were worked on with great sensitivity and efficiency at a very reasonable cost. The staff showed a real interest and enthusiasm for the work and I could not have been more pleased with their efforts

Lovely to see Mandy’s lovely shop open again! Lots of lovely new jewellery pieces, especially the new range of delicate sterling silver pieces coupled with amber they are stunning.

I just wanted to say a huge thankyou to Mandy for making me the cutest present for my 88 year old auntie , Mandy made her a lithopane love heart of her family to put in her living room window - it’s such a cute gift plus Mandy was so quick from me ordering it to then making it for me to collect 😁😁100% recommend and 110% won’t be my last order! Sudbury is most fortunate to have such a unique shop as Mandy's in the town. As far as I am aware there are no similar shops in any of the local towns. Mandy is such a talented lady with all her intricate bead work and designs. I hope she opens up again soon. Internet shopping is not the same as seeing the real thing.

I recently ordered a Lithopone Heart for Mother’s Day and it was brilliant! A great gift that looks fantastic. I also regularly buy my shampoo and soap bars which are stocked here and they are so good for my hair and no plastics which is a bonus. Such a great selection of jewellery and gifts I definitely recommend to everyone xx
