Unlocking leadership potential, equipping managers for career success

At knowledge-weave®, we specialise in helping middle-managers—those responsible for teams but not yet at the top of their organisation—become confident and effective in their roles.

Through our personalised coaching programmes, we help individuals sharpen their thinking, solve problems more effectively, and improve how their teams work together.

Our approach uses systems thinking, which helps professionals see the bigger picture and understand how different parts of an organisation interact.

What We Do

Middle-managers have a crucial role. They connect senior management with the teams that carry out the day-to-day work yet often don’t get the same level of support as executives. At knowledge-weave™, we provide coaching typically reserved for senior professionals but specifically adapted for those in middle-management positions. Our knowledge-weave system helps individuals build confidence, develop key skills, and make a real impact on their teams.

Coaching Programmes

Our coaching is designed to meet people where they are, helping them grow in their roles. We offer a range of programmes tailored to the challenges middle-managers face:

Boost: A 60-day programme that gives individuals a strong start, helping them build the essential skills and mindset needed for effective management.

Empower: A 6-month programme that goes deeper into personal development, focusing on building confidence and leading with purpose.

Change: A 3-month coaching and consultancy programme aimed at supporting professionals through major organisational changes.

How Coaching Works

Our coaching is practical and personal. You’ll work one-on-one with an experienced coach to address the real challenges you face—whether it’s managing team dynamics, having difficult conversations, or improving how your team works together. Rather than generic advice, you’ll get tailored support that helps you think through problems and find solutions that work for you and your team.

We believe effective management is about mindset as much as skills. Our coaching helps individuals shift their perspective, so they can approach challenges with clarity and guide their teams with more confidence.

What You’ll Gain

• A clearer understanding of how to think and act in a managerial role.
• The skills to guide your team towards better collaboration and accountability.
• Confidence in handling difficult situations and managing relationships at work.
• Ongoing access to resources and training.

Why knowledge-weave®?

Our team is made up of experienced coaches and systems thinkers who know what it’s like to manage from the middle. We’re passionate about helping middle-managers develop the skills and mindset to make a lasting impact in their organisations.

If you’re looking to grow in your role, contact knowledge-weave® today. We’ll support you in building the confidence and skills to act with purpose and make a meaningful difference in your team.

About the team

Dr Jenny Smith

I am a certified coach and systems leadership trainer working with middle managers, so they can support their teams and senior leaders with purpose, confidence and impact.

Our approach at knowledge-weave® reflects my passion for supporting middle managers to develop the thinking skills and actions they need in our fast-changing workplaces, and to flourish in what can sometimes be a challenging role. I have over twenty-years’ experience and expertise in research, coaching, train-the-trainer, systems thinking, and leadership and management.

I have designed and delivered training programmes with organisations including the Institute for Leadership and Management and the University of Cambridge. I am UK- based but also have an international portfolio of work. My work is research-informed, developing new ways to build self-awareness, creative problem solving, effective communication and collaboration, and empowered teams.

Ari Taqi

My first career was in teaching, quickly becoming both Head of History and Head of Year in a secondary school. Every student is different and their passion for learning and desire to grow is an ever-changing ruleset. My enjoyment of combining the complexity of history and the individual puzzle of each student fuelled my desire to be a classroom teacher.

Aside from teaching the subject I love, I realised that the same understanding of thinking skills linked directly to leadership, management and mentoring. I became involved in professional development and being a mentor and coach to both students and teachers.

Now in my work at knowledge-weave®, I bring that experience of being a middle manager, together with an understanding of how we learn, to the development of our coaching programmes and training. I manage the knowledge-weave® online community and our wider training and resources for our clients.
