Needing to buy a top quality bed at very short notice we could not have found a more informative or helpful person than Leigh. He not only guided us through the choices in a professional way, but then supplied us with a temporary solution while we were waiting for our selection to arrive.

So off we went to Stroud , to get a bed to make us proud!
We met a man called Andy, he said this one will make you dandy.
It was then delivered by two nice men from Ross.
So tell your boss how pleased we are we went that far to get a new bed to rest our head !

I would like to put in writing the thanks of both my wife & myself over the efforts you and your staff have recently made regarding the faulty “Dorlux Spacesaver” bed system we purchased from your Gloucester store. Being a first time customer to your company we were not expecting Saymor Furnishers to do more than pass our complaint onto Dorlux when the overbed unit failed whilst still under guarantee, leaving that organisation to provide a solution to our problem. I must say that we found it very refreshing to find a supplier that was prepared to go further than just act as a conduit for the manufacturers and instead seek to provide us with a resolution to the problem. My wife and I will certainly tell our friends of your attention to customer service as well as putting you as the first furniture store to visit the next time we have to replace / renew furniture in our home.
