Woke up at half 7 fully energised for the day so i thought id go and have a nice session in the gym before coming to the office. I got to The Greig at about 8 and set on the weights. The gym was supprisingly busy for that time of the morning but was still plenty of equipment for me to use. The Greig really is one of the best local gym's with top of the range equipment and memberships at very reasonable prices.
After the gym i popped to the post office in Billesley and hopefully that wont be one of the post office's that is closing as it is perfect for the local people on the outskirts of Stratford to pop there.
