The Shakespeare Hospice is a local independent charity set up in 1999 after a ten year planning stage.

The charity provides specialist nursing and care for people living in South Warwickshire and the North Cotswolds. The Hospice is not just for people suffering with life limiting illnesses, but also for their carers and family members.

It costs approximately £1.4m a year to run the Hospice with only 5% funding from the NHS, the rest of the funding is from local individuals, companies and grant making organisations.
