Good customer service is alive in Stratford upon Avon

Some say it's a dying tradition, some say it's already dead and some practice it as a major part of their business. Customer service is what I am referring to.

One thing all of our clients have in common without exception is great customer service. Whether it is a sole trader or one of our bigger clients each business goes out of it's way to make their customers feel important and valued.

I'm not talking about the 'have a nice day' type of customer service, I'm talking about genuine good service delivered by a person who wants to serve you and is interested in the customer and meeting their needs.

Customers have a choice where to spend their money.  With more businesses vying for less disposable income in the current economic climate, great customer service is even more important as one of the major ways of marking your business out as better than your competitors.

Great customer service just doesn't happen by mistake, there is usually somebody in the business who sees it's importance and is a driving influence. If the business is a sole trader it is easy to spot the influencer, however if the business employs people then it is either the owner or the manager or perhaps a combination of the two who realise that they have to create an atmosphere where the customer feels both welcome and valued.

We should not put up with poor customer service when there are so many businesses that will go the extra mile for us.
