My wife and I would like to thank Paul for the work in re-mortgaging our home. We were advised by our mortgage provider (NatWest) that our mortgage was going to be put onto a variable rate in 30 days. We contacted Paul Johnson at Mortgage Solutions to see if we could release some equity and put us on a fixed rate to help buy things for our new baby. Within hours he came back to us with different options which was brilliant. We managed to release equity and the mortgage payments were not much different, he was always on the end of the phone or email to answer our questions. Paul looked into what NatWest were offering us and pointed out they were charging us £2500 in penalties! My wife and I cannot thank you enough for what you have done, and the money you have saved us. The money was for our new baby and we are thankful it was used for him and not the hidden penalties.
