Booked my car in for a service with Tackwoods, and they could have ripped me off by telling me it needed a full service but as I do very little mileage in my car I was advised I only needed a small service this time. As soon as it was booked I received a text telling me exactly how much it would cost. During the service they found some work that needed doing, so they phoned me to tell me and again totally up front with the costs so no nasty surprise bill at the end! Darren even remembered that I had said I was in meetings from 10-1530 so wouldn’t be able to pick the car up until later in the day, and phoned before 10 to check it was ok to do the repairs! As usual, excellent service from the team! Thanks everyone

After an unexpected breakdown, the team at Tackwood's repaired my car within a couple of days. I was kept fully informed during the whole process and was informed of all the costs before any work was carried out. My family have used Tackwood's for years now. Very trustworthy.
