This company gave us impeccable service form the moment we stepped into the shop to select the carpet from an extensive range at very competitive prices right through to the excellent fitting by Paul. He helped us to move one of our very heavy beds that we couldn't get out of the room. The carpet is luxurious and we are delighted with the result. Thank you - we will be back very soon.

I called Ian on a Friday evening to enquire about having a rug cleaned. He was currently on his way north up the A1 but promised to be with me within the hour in Eaton Socon, and was true to his word.
The cost of cleaning the rug was exactly what I had in mind and Ian took it away there and then for cleaning, saying it would be ready on Tuesday the next week.
When I took delivery of my cleaned rug I was amazed at how clean and fresh-smelling it was. Ian did a fantastic job on a rug which was incredibly dirty and covered in dog hair. The rug is like new again!
My 3 year old son will vouch for this as when I laid it in his playroom, he stroked his hand on it and said 'Ooo nice and soft mummy'!
I would highly recommend Ashcroft to everybody. The service I received was outstanding and I will certainly be using Ian again.
